MVT presently holds a ISO 9001:2000 certificate.

We have also recently been awarded the ISO 14001.

QUALITY PROCEDURES WITHIN OUR COMPANY

In the last year we have taken the initiative and appointed a new member to our team who has a vast experience in the field of quality and training, this appointment has seen the following procedures put in place within the company.

Damage Ratio for 2008 0.15% giving 99.85% delivered damage free.

Damages:

Complete revamp of our training methods within the company and the issue of a new vehicle handling manual.
A new health and safety statement has also been produced in order to highlight to all staff the importance of correct safety procedures that must be used at all time to safeguard both themselves their fellow employees and the general public.
The conditional retraining of drivers when needless or careless damages have occurred or when a pattern of damages arise from the monthly report prepared by our quality control team.
All damages are taken very seriously at MVT and we are continuously working to improve these levels.
All Vehicles on the transporter are locked and keys within a safe in the Truck cab.
